Eye didn't know that: Ice Cream Can Affect The Brain The Same Way Addictive Drugs Do

A recent study of 150 teens and students has shown that ice cream can be just as addictive as an illegal drug. The research showed that when participants were done eating ice cream, their brain showed signs of wanting more just like a cocaine user. As you eat more ice cream your mental "reward" system fluctuates and begins to adjust its levels by decreasing the rewards the more it gets used to it. The study provides some insight on how our bodies and mind respond to fatty foods.
